How to write an extraordinary
Graduation Thesis?

“Mastering the Thesis Writing”

Here are “10 Tips” to boost your intentions for an outstanding dissertation

1. Write precisely, consistently and earlier

Graduation thesis writing is overburdened on account of its size, significance, and will be analyzed by everyone at the thesis committee.

So, do not wait for a good time to begin writing, the stimulus of writing will make you know when to write, and just go for it. Have a thorough reading of literature, considering a good composition.

Think, take notes while reading or during thinking to make things better, relax your mind, and deliver a flawless paper with finish sentences, sections, parts to your professor. Never think that the first draft will be the final draft in order to keep you roll. Rewriting will be continued until finished. Continue composing.

2. Read loads of recent quality publications

This is “state of the art” thing. A quality thesis needs lots of reading. The reading is from high quality recent publications to understand and have a clear idea about the present research, future prospects, and the materials you want to write. By having a clear roadmap of your research prevents duplication.

3. Manage time, Smart writing, and face difficult tasks

Develop a sound thesis with defined methodology, and your dissertation will “write itself.” Devote more time in writing and rewriting so you will know, which way you are heading to and where you want to go. Writing needs momentum, and momentum musters over time. For myself, I need at least an hour to get things progressing. Move to other easy writing sections when you get stuck. Try not to make a habit of moving on instead read more and more and you will feel easy in completing difficult writing tasks. In this way you will keep a balance while writing all the sections, and it will help you release your burden and keep your focus evading panic in the process.

Relax your nerves when you feel too much pressure, go out take a deep fresh air, sit in chair, close your eyes and relax your mind. A brief rest will refresh the stretched nerves, help in gathering the focus, new ideas, research, restart the writing process, and try to handle difficult tasks first.

A dissertation is a graduation requirement, and desires to be of publishable excellence for gathering of your supervisor and dissertation committee. Contribute and finish the project.

4.  Taking notes

Taking notes is critical for:

i). Keeping meticulous record of your research, save time of revisiting the same resources, and avoid being lost in confusion.

ii). To avoid plagiarism. Taking notes prevents inaccurate quotations, missing citations, and will reproduce plagiarized materials. Proper citation and endorsement to research resources are essential for quality dissertation.

5. Motivation

Do not lose motivation if you feel overburdened. You have no other option instead finishing your own writing responsibly. Writing can be done in some small doses of sweet dissertation love alongside the way. This will begin showing smaller signs of improvement, all will start looking brighter. Finishing small tasks in a day will keep you on right track and that is a good progress. Slowly, you will be closer to your destiny than previously.

6. Originality

Reputation is the most important thing for everyone, never harm it in any case. One cannot run away from that because it will haunt you. A good reputation in the field means other professionals will trust you and your work. Avoid looking for shortcuts, as it will harm your credibility and authenticity. Small mistakes, manipulation of data, ignoring proper citations and acknowledgements are major threats to lose your integrity. So, avoid cutting corners!

7.  Stick to task

Stick to the task and do not jump for other things, which will waste your crucial time. Focus one thing at a time, and evade switching tasks or multi-tasking. Writing while reading or listening other things will hamper your concentration, as brain diverts the cognitive abilities for multi-tasking instead of focusing a single thing. Stick to task.

8.  Do not vanish in a single section

Finish one section and then move to another. Sometimes, a student thinks that an excellent flawless introduction will impress the reviewer or reader but this is wrong. Professionally, this approach does not give any benefit. All sections must be coherent and balanced, as they need to be, based on your research. Wait for a section or chapter’s content to complete until you write introduction or any other chapter to save time and avoiding trouble.

9.  Manual artwork and hand writing

It’s a good practice to leave the keyboard and write by your hand on a paper, sketch and artwork of the ideas in your mind. Most of times I myself write on a piece of paper making sketches, thoughts, outlines, boxes, arrows, taking notes etc. In addition, it will relax your eyes and brain from prolonged harmful rays out of desktop computer or a laptop.

10. Healthy lifestyle

Finally, keep your healthy lifestyle, eat, sleep, exercise while you are working hard. Refreshing walks, keeping smart phone with you for taking notes of ideas coming in your mind while you are anywhere around the globe, will boost your writing progress. The writing tasks drain your brain, and therefore you need to give it a rest to neutralize the neurotoxins produced during strenuous work all day. Failing these means difficulty in gathering the vitality and precision with which to accomplish your dissertation. In conclusion, discuss with others, and it will definitely help to resolve your difficulties and answer to many questions.

Good Luck!
